Workout Plan

Warm-up

10 minutes

Start with a 10-minute easy jog, gradually increasing your pace.

Tempo

25 minutes

Run at a challenging but sustainable pace (about 80-85% of maximum effort). You should be able to speak in short sentences, but not hold a conversation.

Cool-down

10 minutes

Gradually decrease your pace to an easy jog, then walk for the final 3 minutes.
