Workout Plan

Warm-up

5 minutes

Start with a 5-minute jog at an easy pace.

Interval Set 1

10 minutes

Run 1 minute at 80% effort, then recover with 1 minute easy jog. Repeat 5 times.

Recovery

3 minutes

Walk for 3 minutes to recover.

Interval Set 2

10 minutes

Run 30 seconds at 90% effort, then recover with 1 minute easy jog. Repeat 5 times.

Cool-down

7 minutes

Finish with a 5-minute easy jog followed by 2 minutes of walking.
